Project Manager civil engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• will be responsible for managing on-site activities, and ensuring seamless execution of projects.
• Oversee and manage daily site activities, ensuring timely project completion.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, installers, stakeholders and report to the Project Coordinator to ensure smooth workflow. Technical & Quality Oversight
• Interpret and execute design blueprints, layouts, and technical drawings.
• Conduct quality checks, safety audits, and risk assessments

. • Perform precise measurements and calculations for accurate execution. Material & Resource
Management

• Ensure timely availability of materials and tools at the site.
• Monitor resource usage, minimize wastage, and coordinate with procurement teams. Reporting & Compliance
• Maintain detailed site records, including progress reports and incident documentation.
• Submit comprehensive updates to Senior Project coordinator and General Manager.
• Enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment. Qualifications & Skills
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with site teams to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions.
• Develop detailed project plans, including Gantt charts and timelines.

The preferred candidate for this Profile ( Desire Candidate) :

1. Inventory, Planning, Execution, Billing, and Management for Structures - Major and Minor Bridges, Fly-over with PSC Girder and Piling, Under-passes, Box and Slab Culverts, HPC, Vented & Flush Causeway, Retaining Walls, RE Wall, Intake Pool, Diversion Channel and other Protection work, etc.

2. Execution and Management for Highways - Earthwork, GSB, WMM, DLC, PQC, DBM, and BC.

3. Tunneling with Site Management - By both Conventional method and NATM for Powerhouse and Transformer Cavern, Audit to Pressure Shaft and Head Race Tunnel by Heading and Benching process with Drilling and Blasting including the making of Portal Frame with Slope protection, etc.

4. Execution for Industrial Buildings -Execution and SitemanagementforIndustrialBuildingswithCableTrenchandMachineFoundations etc.

5. Resource and Project management - Optimum use of available resources to achieve the targets with quality and cost control including proper scheduling and Team management.

6. Leadership A good Motivator to enhance the performance of the team.
