Manager - Civil

Role & responsibilities

Oversee and managing various phases of civil engineering project from inception to completion including budgeting.

• Inspection of all the civil structure to ensure work is executed according to the design and drawing

• Ensuring the quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

• Review andtechnical analysis of the civil drawing and preparing requirement of materials.

• Monitoring and supervision of the CAPEX OPEX work.

• Preparation project budget (CENFA) and taking approval from higher management.

• Preparation of overall project schedule including daily progressreport and monthly progress report.

• Maintaining the records of drawing receivedandissued to vendor.

• Checking of Bar Bending Schedulein MS Excel, Documentation & records asper ISO Standard.

• Coordinationwith contractor, technical consultant and third partyforquality and progress of the work.

• Ensuring quality (maintaining records of cubes, slump and sieve analysis reports of coarse & fine aggregate slipform value) and safety in the construction site.

• Preparation of deviation statement order and BOQ.

• Attend department review meetings& submit time schedule & preparing PPT.

• Checking of vendor ra and final bill andmaterial reconciliation.

Preferred candidate profile

Should have hands on experience in Civil construction work in Steel Industry.
