Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for looking after TMT Sales by Channel Sales/Dealer Distributor network for Chhattisgarh.
I. Prepare detailed growth strategy plan for FY and it would include the following

Responsible to implement strategies in consultation with Corporate Head Marketing & Sales or Senior Supervisor, Marketing & Sales on product positioning and visibility, market penetration, new market exploration & development, channel segmentation and sales mix to augment business margins for Chhattisgarh Location.
III. Manage assignments and sales objectives of all the districts of Chhattisgarh and ensure effective sales planning, stock availability, logistical planning etc to establish proper retail experience at channels. Responsible to prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts & Manage to meet/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
IV. Implementation of review mechanism for revenue from different locations, direct sales, new product introduction etc.
V. Provide direction and subject matter expertise to sales team and provide necessary guidelines on their customer visit plan on a weekly basis and review and evaluate the same & update Deputy General Manager Marketing & Sales on the developments.
VI. Responsible for initiating engagement and relationship building programs with channel partners, distributors, dealers and brokers in accordance with agreed budget.
VII. Conducting events and meets and with Customers, Major Infra Contractors / Consultants, Architects & Masons etc.
VIII. Put in practice of providing optimum price margin to the distributor.
IX. Responsible to follow up with customers and document the customer feedbacks on quality and perceptions on the brand. Accordingly providing necessary sales support on complaints and handle it effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and gaining repeat orders.
X. Responsible to produce and share information on data oriented market figures, continuously with management and provide market intelligence inputs, which will be critical to help taking strategic decisions by management.
XI. Responsible for maintaining a healthy collection budgets, that are meant to have a healthy Working Capital.
XII. Working closely with the branding team and plan effectively for more brand visibility and presence of our products and workout strategy for brand premium in close coordination with H.O (Marketing & Sales).
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Graduate having hands on experience (at least 4 years) in Business Development of Steel TMT.
Should have knowledge about Chhattisgarh area.
