Role & responsibilities

• Arrange local transportation and manage office vehicles for various needs
• Coordinate and execute different events and activities of corporate office along with HR and Corporate Communication and CSR departments.
• Ensure arrangement of train ticket, flight ticket, hotel booking, guest house booking etc. through proper administration of Travel Desk
• Ensure all entries done for all incoming and outgoing material at despatch desk
• Responsible for all administration related MIS
• Renewal of licenses of vehicles and related.
• Any Admin related job assigned by the Authority.
• Able to drive 2 wheeler for office work.
