Job Title: Project Maintenance Head

Job Location: Maraimalai Nagar, Off, GST Rd, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Experience: 8-13 yrs.

How can you make an Impact?

1. Core purpose of the role is to ensure building, services and landscape are maintained on an ongoing basis and as per benchmarks.
2. Build a vibrant community by execution of planned engagement activities of residents in social,sporting & other events.
3. Verbal and written communication skills are essential to conduct regular conversation(s) with
RWA and residents for timely query resolution & grievance redressal.
4. Responsible for accurate monthly billing & collections thereof along with resolution of billing
queries of residents in addition to adherence to budget(s).
5. Make timely recommendations for any necessary preventive maintenance to deliver cost effective services.
6. Should be adequately prepared for handling any emergencies & contingencies.
7. Conduct daily briefings & routine training for all maintenance staff (technicians, housekeeping, security, horticulturist, and other contractors.)
