Job Description

At RGR, Bahadurgarh, we are seeking a Real Estate Admin Manager oversees the day-to-day administrative functions of a real estate office & project sites, including managing support staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing support to internal functions, all while prioritizing smooth office operations and efficient workflows. The role is responsible for all offices and project sites hence would require extensive travel.

Primary Accountabilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily operations for seamless workflow and productivity
  • Plan, coordinate and manage all administrative procedures and systems
  • Develops and implements policies, procedures, and system to improve operations and function of the department
  • Auditing all admin. process to enhance service quality
  • Preparation of admin/ operational budget and regular monitoring of costs and expenses
  • Identifying & onboarding service vendors under most cost-effective contracts/SLAs
  • Negotiating Annual contracts/Agreements during renewals with all service vendors
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors
  • Ensure necessary training is provided to all the staff by vendors and 100% statutory compliance adhered by vendors.
  • Working closely with all the Head of Departments/ Team Leads in all organizational business requirements- both for offices and project sites
  • Supporting business/ sales & marketing function in organizing the corporate events
  • Asset management across organisation
  • Preparation of monthly administration reports

Qualification and Experience

  • Graduate/Post-Graduate in any stream
  • 7 + years of overall experience (Min 5 years in the admin function in real estate)
  • Preferably someone with defense experience
