Facility Manager - Kalamboli

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the facility, covering electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and other essential services.
• Oversee electrical and utility maintenance, including transformers, DG sets, UPS, lifts, and other critical equipment.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and increase efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with fire and safety regulations as per local and national standards.
• Conduct regular fire drills, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness programs.
• Oversee the maintenance of fire safety equipment, such as fire alarms, sprinklers, and hydrants.
• Manage all regulatory compliances related to facility management, including building codes, safety regulations, and labor laws.
• Handle timely renewals of NOCs, licenses, and statutory approvals from relevant authorities.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and inspections.
• Supervise the facility management team, including technicians, housekeeping, and security staff.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for AMCs, repairs, and facility Operation.
• Negotiate contracts, monitor vendor performance, and ensure service quality.
• Ensure effective security measures, including CCTV monitoring, access control, and perimeter security.
• Work with security agencies to implement  security protocols.
• Handle incident reporting, security audits, and risk minimization Plans or SOP.
