Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of facilities, including soft services such as housekeeping, pest control, and electrical engineering.
  
• Oversee facility administration tasks like property management and mall management.
  
• Ensure efficient operation of facilities by implementing effective maintenance schedules and procedures.
  
• Coordinate with vendors for various services like cleaning, security, and repairs.
  
• Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in Facility Management or related field (Retail Industry preferred).
  
• Strong knowledge of Facilities, Soft Services, Pest Control, Property Management, Mall Management, Facility Operations & Administration Management.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
