JOB DESCRIPTION

Rain Cements, a thirty-eight-year-old company headquartered in Hyderabad and known for manufacturing and marketing Priya Cement, is seeking an experienced Sr.Engineer / Asst.Manager (Environment) who is having good experience in Environmental Monitoring, regulatory Compliance, Liaisoning with SPCB and CPCB /MoEF Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement, Employee Training and Engagement, Data Management and Reporting, Sustainability Strategy, located at Unit- 2 Sreepuram, Boincheruvupalli (V), Peapully (M), Nandyal (Dist.), Andhra Pradesh 518220

Role & responsibilities

• Experience in Environmental Monitoring
• Regulatory Compliance, Liaisoning with SPCB and CPCB /MoEF Collaboration
• Stakeholder Engagement, Employee Training and Engagement, Data Management and Reporting
• Sustainability Strategy.

Preferred candidate profile

• At least 10 years of hands-on experience in Environmental Monitoring, regulatory Compliance, Liaisoning with SPCB and CPCB /MoEF Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement, Employee Training and Engagement, Data Management and Reporting, Sustainability Strategy.
• Adequate knowledge of the cement and manufacturing industries.
• Adequate knowledge of Environmental management requirements & regulations.
• Adequate knowledge of environmental monitoring and sampling techniques.
• Very good knowledge of OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in Telugu and English
