Software and Product Innovation - Product Management - Director

In product management, you will be the general manager of commercial and internal products. You will sit at the intersection of the business, user experience, and the technologies that solve our customer and enduser problems; confirming they meet market demands and drive business growth. You will design, develop and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Your involvement will last throughout all stages of a product s lifecycle including modifications, upgrades, maintenance of the product or product line. For commercial products, it also includes commercialization, gotomarket planning, sales, and other key business support activities.

• Project/Product vision and strategy Define and communicate the product/project vision and strategy based on market research, customer insights, and business goals
• Align the roadmap with the overall business objectives
• Product/project management Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements
• Create and maintain a welldefined product/project backlog with clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities
• Continuously refine and reprioritize the backlog based on customer feedback, market trends, and business value
• Embrace agile methodologies and practices to drive iterative and incremental development
• Work closely with the development team to ensure a clear understanding of the product requirements and provide guidance throughout the development process
• Stakeholder collaboration Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, development teams, and other business units, to gather feedback, validate requirements, and ensure alignment
• Act as the primary point of contact for productrelated questions and clarifications
• Oversees budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control
• Conduct regular product/project demonstrations to stakeholders, including customers and business units, to gather feedback and validate the products alignment with their needs
• Incorporate feedback into the product/project backlog and prioritize accordingly
• Product/Project launch and gotomarket Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop gotomarket strategies and plans
• Product/Project performance analysis Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, including usage data, customer feedback, and market trends
• Use datadriven insights to identify areas for improvement and drive optimization

• Proven experience as a Director/Product Owner or similar role.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
• Familiarity with project/product management tools and techniques, such as user story mapping, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
• Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align product strategy with business goals.
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field. MBA or other advanced degrees are a plus.
