Service Associate - F&B Service

Role & Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the service area.
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables.
• Handle customer queries and provide recommendations.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff.
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols as per company guidelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• No prior experience required; freshers are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude and ability to handle busy environments.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Certification in hospitality or F&B service (optional but preferred).
