Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management:
Supervise daily F&B operations, including dining areas, bar services, and events.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Oversee inventory management, including stock ordering and replenishment.
Assist in organizing and executing events and banquets.
Monitor service delivery to ensure consistent quality standards.
2. Staff Supervision:
Train, motivate, and manage F&B staff, ensuring professional performance and teamwork.
Prepare staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to enhance skills.
Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members.
3. Customer Service:
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure satisfaction.
Monitor customer preferences and implement strategies to enhance the dining experience.
Work closely with the team to maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
4. Financial Management:
Assist in managing budgets and controlling costs, including food, beverage, and labor expenses.
Track sales performance and suggest promotions or menu adjustments to boost revenue.
Prepare operational reports and submit them to the F&B Manager.
5. Menu & Product Coordination:
Collaborate with chefs and suppliers to ensure quality, innovation, and cost-effectiveness in food and beverages.
Recommend menu adjustments based on customer feedback and market trends.
Requirements:
