We are hiring for Project Manager_Data Center @ Hadapsar_Pune.

Experience : We are looking for Technical Services Manager with at least 12-15 years of relevant experience in building and managing Services for Mid to large domestic and global clients which includes the entire portfolio Service Desk, Work Place Management , Hybrid DC Management , Network and Security Management .

Role & responsibilities

Job Description :

• Managed Services - Proven ability to consult and design / deliver operations transformation for client IT infrastructure is a must. The role is a client facing business development profile with managing a P&L. Deep understanding and experience of new generation managed services.
• Delivery Management- This is a leadership role that is expected to bring depth to the new age infrastructure technology landscape of Hybrid Cloud Data Center , Network and Security Managed Services landscape.
• Building and Managing Teams - The incumbent is expected to lead the Technology Center of Excellence comprising of fine blend of young and experienced engineers in this space to design and deliver both professional and 24*7 next generation managed services.
• Digital Infrastructure Technology - Deep understanding of all the pieces of modern infrastructure technology landscape is a must.
• Should have exposure on

Data Center Server, Storage

Microsoft Stack and LINUX Stack

Public Cloud - AWS, Azure, Google, M365

Network - LAN, WAN, SDWAN, Wi-Fi

Security - End point, Network , Cyber Security

Databases

TOOLS - Exposure to managed services

Exposure to SOC will be a added advantage.

Preferred candidate profile

• Must have 10+yrs of relevant experience in managing Data Center.
• Must have exposure in handling domestics data centers.
• Must be having exposure on Managed Services ITSM, ITOM, NOC and AIOPS platforms.
• It is client facing role, prior experience in managing and maintain client will be added advantage.
• Must be technically sound and can guide L1/L2/L3 technical team to resolve critical issue.
• Should be available for immediate to 15 days.
