Hiring For DC manager

Experience : We are looking for Technical Services Manager with at least 12-15 years of relevant experience in building and managing Services for Mid to large domestic and global clients which includes the entire portfolio Service Desk, Work Place Management , Hybrid DC Management , Network and Security Management .

Job Description :

• Managed Services - Proven ability to consult and design / deliver operations transformation for client IT infrastructure is a must. The role is a client facing business development profile with managing a P&L. Deep understanding and experience of new generation managed services.
• Delivery Management- This is a leadership role that is expected to bring depth to the new age infrastructure technology landscape of Hybrid Cloud Data Center , Network and Security Managed Services landscape.
• Building and Managing Teams - The incumbent is expected to lead the Technology Center of Excellence comprising of fine blend of young and experienced engineers in this space to design and deliver both professional and 24*7 next generation managed services.
• Digital Infrastructure Technology - Deep understanding of all the pieces of modern infrastructure technology landscape is a must -
• Data Center Server , Storage
• Microsoft Stack and LINUX Stack
• Public Cloud - AWS , Azure , Google , M365
• Network - LAN , WAN , SDWAN , WiFi
• Security - End point , Network , Cyber Security
• Databases
• TOOLS - Exposure to managed services ITSM , ITOM , NOC and AIOPS platforms.
• Exposure to SOC will be a added advantage.
