Location: Noida Sec 83.

Duration: 6 months

Job Summary:

As a Trainee_ Talent Acquisition , you will work closely with our HR and recruitment team to source, screen, and onboard candidates for various job roles. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to build a career in human resources and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing activities.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree (or pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Passion for recruitment and talent management.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior internship experience in HR or recruitment (preferred but not required).
