Role:
The Sales Program Manager will streamline and enhance sales processes, ensuring operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. This role will support the direct sales teams by strengthening data analytics, optimizing lead management, and providing strategic sales insights. A crucial part of the role involves ensuring efficient sales operations, timely performance tracking, and smooth collaboration with other teams. As the role evolves, youll take on more responsibilities in sales process excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Process design: Identify and resolve bottlenecks in sales workflows by implementing standardized procedures across the sales team and ensuring alignment with business objectives
CRM & Data Management: Oversee the CRM system, ensure data accuracy, and conduct regular audits to support actionable insights for the sales team.
Performance Analytics: Provide detailed reporting and analysis on sales activities, trends, and outcomes to track KPIs and support strategic decision-making.
Collaboration: Work closely with product, category and marketing to identify sales initiatives, build sales materials and feature requirements to meet sales & customer needs
Sales Excellence & Insights: Provide detailed insights and strategic recommendations to improve team performance. Identify and promote best practices across the sales function to elevate overall performance.
Requirements:
Proficiency in data management, dashboards creation and reporting
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data effectively
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Proactive, hands-on approach with an ownership mentality
Comfortable working in ambiguous and unstructured environments
Qualification:
B.Tech or equivalent degree from top-tier colleges
3+ years of experience with a mix of data management & business owner/ program manager roles
Strong communication and negotiation skills
