Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for IT roles through job boards, social media, and internal databases.
• Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and posting ads.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database.
• Support senior recruiters with administrative tasks and recruitment strategy.
• Keep up-to-date with trends in the IT industry and recruitment best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Interest in IT and technology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Prior experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus but not required.
