Role Overview:
The Project Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of IT support functions, including End-User Support, Data Center Support, and Network Support. They lead a team of 8-10 engineers, ensuring service quality, SLA adherence, and operational efficiency. The role involves close coordination with stakeholders to deliver IT services while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job responsibilities:

• The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of IT support functions, including End-User Support, Data Center Support, and Network Support.
• Lead a team of 8-10 engineers, ensuring high service quality, adherence to SLAs, and continuous improvement.
• Close coordination with stakeholders, managing the delivery of IT services, and driving operational efficiency while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Continuous Improvement & Reporting
• Compliance & Documentation
• In-depth understanding of End-User Support, Data Center Support, and Network Support services.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networking equipment, virtualization, and storage.
• Analytical skills to assess issues and provide clear, actionable solutions.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure and manage crisis situations effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and senior

management.

• Ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks across multiple teams and projects.
• Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and providing detailed metrics and reporting
• Be a point of escalation on technically complex issues, mentor other Support Engineers and provide them with detailed action plans.
• Follow-up effective and timely resolution on issues and report Incident Matrix to Managers.
• Experience in handling corporate customers
• ITIL V3 Certified.

Preferred candidate profile

• Hands on experience overseeing IT support functions, including End-User Support, Data Center Support, and Network Support.
• Proven experience in leading a team of 8-10 engineers, ensuring high service quality and adherence to SLAs.
• Experience in managing IT service delivery, project planning, and execution.
• Hands-on experience with incident and problem management, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience in handling corporate customers and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to make decisions under pressure and manage crisis situations effectively.
• ITIL V3 certification is required.
• Must be available for immediate to 15 days for joining.
• Agree to 6 days working from Office
