Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager Enterprise Business to lead our Bangalore Enterprise Business (EB) region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business performance, leading a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs), ensuring operational excellence, and strengthening client relationships to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Performance and Growth:
- Oversee and ensure the achievement of business targets for the Bangalore Enterprise Business (EB) region.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and client retention.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Guide and motivate the EB Key Account Managers (KAMs) in the Bangalore region to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Conduct daily team meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and provide actionable inputs.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
Client Onboarding and Relationship Management:
- Drive the onboarding of new Enterprise Business clients in the Bangalore region, ensuring a seamless transition into active accounts.
- Strengthen existing client relationships to expand business opportunities and address client needs proactively.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure timely and accurate updates of meetings, reports, and account statuses from Bangalore EB KAMs.
- Monitor internal workflows and push for on-time job completion and delivery.
Reporting and Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Bangalore region and the Enterprise Business Head.
- Present periodic updates on business performance, key developments, and action plans to the EB Head.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities in the Bangalore region.
- Collaborate with the central EB team to align regional strategies with organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, key account management, or business development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic initiatives.
- Proficiency in data analysis, and reporting.
