Role Overview:
- The Manager - Finance & Accounts will play a critical leadership role in managing the financial health and accounting operations of Printo.
- As a key member of the leadership team, you will oversee financial planning, cash flow management, and team leadership while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for presentation to senior management.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to drive profitability.
Accounting Operations:
- Oversee the preparation and maintenance of financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns, GST, and other statutory requirements.
- Implement and monitor internal financial controls to mitigate risks.
Cash Flow Management:
- Monitor cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for day-to-day operations and future growth needs.
- Optimize working capital through efficient management of receivables, payables, and inventory.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and manage relationships with financial institutions.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the finance and accounts team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and organize training to enhance team capabilities.
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration to align financial goals with organizational objectives.
Compliance & Audit:
- Ensure compliance with all financial and legal regulations, including corporate governance standards.
- Liaise with external auditors to facilitate timely and smooth audits.
- Proactively identify and address potential compliance risks.
Strategic Contribution:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial strategies with business goals.
- Provide financial guidance for new initiatives, projects, and expansions.
- Drive cost-efficiency programs without compromising quality or service delivery.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with significant experience.
- Advanced certifications such as CA, CMA, or MBA in Finance will be an added advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Strong foundation in accounting principles and financial management.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems such as Tally, SAP, or QuickBooks.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
Behavioral Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Adaptability to thrive in an unstructured and dynamic work environment.
Experience:
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounts, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in corporate finance, retail operations, or e-commerce industries is preferred.
