Job Role - Call Center Manager

Industry - Automobile

Salary - Up to ₹4.50 LPA

Experience - Minimum 2 years in team handling of tele callers

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Call Center Manager to lead and manage our team of tele callers in the automobile industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in team management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive team performance to achieve service excellence.


Key Responsibilities


1. Team Management:

  • Supervise, train, and motivate a team of tele callers to achieve individual and team performance goals.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

2. Operational Oversight:

  • Monitor daily operations of the call center, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and customer satisfaction.

3. Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and analyze call metrics, including response time, customer feedback, and resolution rates.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

4. Customer Service Excellence:

  • Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained by the team.
  • Handle escalated calls and resolve complex customer issues effectively.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and operational efficiency.
  • Utilize data to recommend process improvements.

6. Training and Development:

  • Conduct onboarding and regular training sessions for tele callers.
  • Provide ongoing coaching to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.
