Manage a team of Tele callers and support staff to drive and achieve targets as set by the business or clients.
Manage people related metrics such as shrinkage , attrition by driving employee.
Daily follow-ups on pending cases to maximize conversions
Experience in Inbound call centre operations/ KPIs
Resolving service issues impacting Portfolio.
Update feedback trails on system wherever required & sending daily reports to the concerned reporting head.
To effectively manage customer related issues
Call calibration & call quality monitoring
Relevant call centre experience must
Candidate who can speak English, Tamil along with any one regional language (Hindi/Malayalam/Telugu/Kannada)
Day shift & Rotational shift/Rotational week off
Walk-in -- Monday to Saturday (10 am to 6pm)
