HR Generalist
Roles and Responsibilities:
Employee Onboarding:
- Update internal databases with new employee information (contact details, employment forms).
- Coordinate all aspects of employee onboarding, including joining formalities, bank account setup, and document collection.
- Manage the induction process for new joiners.
Employee Offboarding:
- Manage employee terminations/exits, including final settlements, PF and ESI processing, and relieving formalities.
Payroll & Compensation:
- Gather payroll data, including leaves, working hours, and bank accounts.
- Assist in the payroll processing.
- Manage compensation and benefits administration.
Statutory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws (PF, ESI, etc.)
- Maintain records related to statutory compliances.
HR Operations:
- Participate in organizing company events and career days.
- Maintain employee records and databases.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support.
Policy Management:
- Review and distribute company policies to employees.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in HR activities, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations (PF, ESI, etc).
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing and attendance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Team handling abilities.
