Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of insurance sales professionals to achieve targets and grow business.
  
• Develop and implement effective training programs for team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  
• Oversee call center operations, ensuring efficient handling of customer queries and resolving issues promptly.
  
• Identify opportunities for lead generation through various channels (online/offline) and drive revenue growth.
  
• Monitor performance metrics, provide feedback, and coach team members to meet individual goals.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in BFSI industry with a focus on insurance sales or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of target achievement strategies, sales training methodologies, and leadership principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to train teams effectively; strong interpersonal skills required.
