Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with potential clients.
  
• Manage existing client relationships to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and increase revenue growth.
  
• Conduct field sales activities such as visiting potential customers, presenting products/services, and closing deals.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., underwriting, operations) to ensure seamless delivery of insurance solutions to clients.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in B2C sales or related fields like direct sales, health insurance sales, life insurance sales, agent recruitment etc. .
  
• Strong understanding of insurance industry regulations and products/services offered by various players in the market.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective lead management and negotiation techniques for closing deals.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by the organization.
