Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve business targets, including new client acquisition and retention.
• Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication, resolving issues promptly, and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Lead a team of insurance professionals, providing guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
• Manage daily operations of the branch office, ensuring efficient sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in Branch Management or related field (Insurance Industry).
• Strong understanding of Life Insurance, Health Insurance Sales, Insurance Sourcing & Customer Acquisition.
• Excellent Field Sales Management skills with ability to lead teams effectively.
