Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  
• Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
  
• Conduct field sales activities such as visiting potential customers at their homes or offices to promote insurance products.
  
• Utilize direct channel sales strategies to reach out to clients directly through phone calls, emails, or face-to-face meetings.
  
• Ensure timely follow-ups on leads generated from various channels (direct, indirect) to convert them into paying customers.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in bancassurance, direct channel sales, filed work, general insurance sales, health insurance sales, life insurance sales or similar roles.
  
• Strong understanding of insurance industry trends and regulations.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with clients.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by the organization.
