Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a Team: Lead and support a team of 35 call canter agents handling collection calls.
• Set & Achieve Targets: Help agents meet daily, weekly, and monthly collections goals.
• Training & Coaching: Provide guidance and support to agents, offering feedback for improvement.
• Customer Handling: Address customer escalations and ensure efficient resolution.
• Reporting: Track team performance and share regular updates with management.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Experience: 1+ year in a collection's role with experience in team management.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills. English written skills.
• Leadership: Ability to motivate and lead by example.
• Languages: Proficiency in Telugu & Hindi.
