Role - Diversity and Inclusion Specialist
Location - New Delhi

Position Overview: The Diversity and Inclusion Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the organization. This role involves collaborating with various departments to create a culture that values diverse perspectives and fosters an inclusive environment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies aligned with the organization s goals and values.
Conduct assessments and surveys to measure the effectiveness of DEI initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with HR and leadership to create and promote policies that support diversity and inclusion in recruitment, retention, and promotion practices.
Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and events focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion topics.
Serve as a resource for employees and management on DEI-related issues and best practices.
Monitor and report on diversity metrics and progress toward DEI goals to senior leadership.
Build partnerships with external organizations, community groups, and educational institutions to enhance diversity recruitment efforts.
Stay informed about industry trends, legislation, and best practices related to diversity and inclusion.
Advocate for underrepresented groups within the organization and promote an inclusive workplace culture.
Develop communication strategies to raise awareness of DEI initiatives and celebrate diversity within the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field; Master s degree preferred.
3+ years of experience in diversity and inclusion, human resources, or a related field.
Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and practices.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and influence change.
Experience in data analysis and reporting related to diversity metrics.
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations regarding equal employment opportunity and affirmative action.
Certification in diversity and inclusion (e. g. , CDP, CDE) is a plus.
