• Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and HR to enhance the organization's employer brand.
• Diversity Hiring: Promote inclusive hiring practices and ensure diversity in the talent pipeline.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analyze recruitment metrics and use data to optimize hiring strategies.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external vendors.
