We are seeking an experienced and independent-minded individual to join our Board of Directors as an Independent Board Director. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of corporate governance, business operations, and strategic planning. The Independent Board Director will provide objective guidance and oversight to the management team, ensuring the companys long-term success and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide independent and objective guidance to the management team on strategic planning, risk management, and corporate governance

Enhance transparency and accountability within the organization

Balance the interests of various stakeholders, including shareholders, employees, customers, and the wider community

Evaluate and negotiate executive compensation packages

Foster a culture of inclusivity and collaboration within the boardroom

Establish effective communication channels with stakeholders

Evaluate performance and independence regularly

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role or as a board member

Strong understanding of corporate governance, business operations, and strategic planning

Proven track record of independence, objectivity, and integrity

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
