Role- Compensation and Benefits Manager

Position Overview: The Compensation and Benefits Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization's compensation and benefits programs. This role involves analyzing market trends, ensuring compliance with regulations, and aligning compensation strategies with the organization's goals to attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement competitive compensation structures and benefit programs.
Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive pay practices.
Analyze job descriptions and evaluate positions to determine appropriate compensation levels.
Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
Collaborate with HR leadership to develop compensation strategies that align with organizational objectives.
Prepare and present reports on compensation and benefits metrics to senior management.
Provide guidance and support to HR staff and management on compensation-related issues.
Conduct training sessions for employees on benefits programs and compensation policies.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master s degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
Strong knowledge of compensation practices, benefits administration, and labor laws.
Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management software.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Certification in compensation (e. g. , CCP) or benefits (e. g. , CEBS) is a plus.
