Key Responsibilities:

• Proposal Development: Lead and manage the development of high-quality proposals, including writing, editing, and formatting.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop proposal strategies and win themes.
• Team Management: Oversee and mentor a team of proposal managers, writers, and coordinators.
• Compliance: Ensure all proposals are compliant with RFP requirements and company standards.
• Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to meet proposal deadlines.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business development, marketing, and technical teams to gather necessary information and insights.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of proposals.
• Client Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout the proposal process.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance proposal efficiency and effectiveness.
