Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and growth targets. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business expansion.

Business Development: Lead business development efforts to acquire new customers, expand market presence, and drive revenue growth. Identify potential partnerships, alliances, and opportunities for collaboration to enhance business prospects.

Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the business unit. Ensure effective cost management and profitability while maintaining financial health.

Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and direction to the business unit team, including hiring, training, and performance management. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery and relationship management.

Operational Excellence: Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness across all business functions. Implement best practices, processes, and systems to optimize workflow and productivity.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate business risks and challenges, including market volatility, regulatory compliance, and operational risks. Develop contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies to safeguard business interests.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments and business units to leverage resources, share best practices, and achieve synergies. Foster a culture of teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles, preferably as a Business Head or similar position.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex market dynamics and drive strategic decision-making.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
