Title - Supply Chain Director

Location - Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Supply Chain Strategies: Design and execute supply chain strategies aligned with company goals, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.

Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Manage and lead teams of supply chain professionals, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management teams.

Optimize Supply Chain Processes: Analyze and optimize supply chain processes using advanced analytics tools, such as predictive analytics and machine learning.

Manage Supplier Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Improve Supply Chain Efficiency: Identify and implement opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Monitor and analyze industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Certifications: APICS CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent certification preferred.
