Job Description
- Graduate of Human Resources / Business Administration with sound experience / knowledge of HR systems and practices.
- Interpersonal skills, proficiency with MS Office (particularly Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and high analytical, MIS reporting skills.
- Ability to strategize, plan and deliver solutions
- Minimum 7 years of CB experience similar to that stated in Key Result Areas above
- Assist the Head of Compensation and Benefits with conducting detailed job matching.
- Analyze the data generated through the surveys and report feedback to the Head of CB.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals for changes in the compensation and benefits structure based on the compensation survey results.
- Implement the changes in compensation and benefit entitlements due to changes in positions in the hierarchy or transfer.
- Ensure the availability of the employee compensation history to assist in decision making.
- Work with Head of CB to recommend the increment matrix and the increment and bonus budget for the Bank.
- Handle all MIS / data requests from Group Heads like employee compensation history reports to assist in decision making.
- Work with the Head of CB to review incentive schemes designed by the Business functions to enhance the performance of the sales force.
- Review and monitor payments of incentives to ensure compliance with the approved scheme.
- Handle the compensation and benefits related MIS requests from Groups / Divisions.
- Implement the changes in compensation and benefit entitlements due to changes in positions in the hierarchy or transfer.
- Ensure accurate and complete system records of employees especially regarding the following: Job Title, Organisation Unit
- Maintain comprehensive list of policies and benefits. Liaise with the Head of CB to update policy manuals with approved changes. Follow up with the Organisation Development team to ensure that all changes are updated on the intranet / employee handbook
- Assist the Head of CB with rolling out key benefit changes / initiatives and developing market compatible staff benefits policies.
- Update airfare rates of UAE and other GCC countries in coordination with the airlines as mentioned: UAE (Emirates), Kuwait (Kuwait Airways), Bahrain (Gulf Air). Rates of other countries will be dependent on the carrier as advised, and have to be updated on an annual basis.
- Assist the Head of CB with the roll out of specific technology initiatives
