Job Description
As a Compensation and Benefits Manager at WN Infotech, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company's compensation and benefits programs. - Design and implement compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure the company's compensation and benefits packages remain competitive.
- Develop and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Oversee the annual performance review process and make recommendations for salary adjustments and bonuses.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws governing compensation and benefits.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to develop and manage the compensation and benefits budget.
- Communicate compensation and benefits information to employees and provide guidance on related policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, such as the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and ERISA.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
