Job Description

Job Summary

As a Compensation and Benefits Manager at WN Infotech, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company's compensation and benefits programs. Your role will involve developing competitive compensation structures, managing employee benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy within a fast-paced and innovative organization.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Design and implement compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure the company's compensation and benefits packages remain competitive.
  • Develop and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Oversee the annual performance review process and make recommendations for salary adjustments and bonuses.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws governing compensation and benefits.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to develop and manage the compensation and benefits budget.
  • Communicate compensation and benefits information to employees and provide guidance on related policies and procedures.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
Qualification & Experience Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, such as the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and ERISA.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
