Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee and refine our end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent while aligning with the organization s values and goals, particularly in the IT industry.
- Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract high-performing candidates
- Source candidates from diverse channels, including social media platforms, professional networks, job boards, and referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct comprehensive interviews (both virtual and in-person), and evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs, creating tailored recruitment plans
- Design and manage inclusive recruitment programs to support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Draft compelling job postings and coordinate effective advertising campaigns to promote openings
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date hiring records using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other tools
- Monitor industry trends and incorporate best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process
- Foster a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring journey
- Proven 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or as HR Recruiter or with similar role, preferably in the IT industry
- Strong sourcing abilities, with a track record of identifying and engaging passive candidates
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), resume databases, and other HR tools
- Attention to detail, coupled with problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace
