Educational Requirements:
1. Graduation in Engineering with at least 2 years of Experience in Talent Acquisition, OR
2. PG / Master of Business Administration (HR specialization preferred), with at least 1 year(s) of experience in Talent Acquisition, OR
3. Non-Engineering Graduate with at least 03 years of Experience in Talent Acquisition
Requirements:
1. Good Job Portal and social media recruitment exposure
2. Willingness to headhunt, Call and screen candidates on phone.
3. Short-list & Scheduling for eligible candidates for final rounds
4. Effectively using different recruitment channels both paid & unpaid sources like social media, LinkedIn, group chats, FB postings etc
5. End to end recruitment management
6. Must be able to build a long-term relationship with candidates and clients.

1. Excellent written & oral communication skills
2. High on Accountability and ownership
3. Good Negotiation and presentation skills
4. Excellent Computer and MS Office Knowledge
