Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team to meet hiring objectives.
Collaborate with leadership to align recruiting strategies with organizational goals.
Oversee campus recruitment programs and tech/non-tech hiring initiatives.
Build talent pipelines for critical roles while fostering diversity and inclusion.
Manage TA metrics, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any performance gaps.
Implement innovative solutions to enhance recruitment processes and outcomes.
This is a hybrid position requiring in-office presence three days a week.
Qualifications
12+ years of experience in recruitment, including tech and non-tech hiring with 2 years of people management experience
Expertise in campus recruitment and handling high-growth hiring environments is good to have
Proven ability to mentor teams and execute forward-thinking recruiting strategies.
Strong collaboration and reporting skills, with experience in global or cross-departmental projects
Proficiency in G-Suite and recruiting ATS tools
Adaptability, self-motivation, and a keen eye for detail to thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments
Education Certifications
Bachelor s degree in Business, HR, or equivalent experience preferred.
Certifications in Talent Acquisition/HR are a plus
