Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager with expertise in managing social media accounts and executing social media strategies for the Indian market. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of managing social media platforms for domestic clients, a deep understanding of social media trends in India, and the ability to handle multiple accounts independently. This role involves the execution of strategies that drive engagement, visibility, and growth, with a primary focus on the Indian audience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others, by creating consistent and engaging content
- Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with broader brand and marketing objectives
- Plan and execute social media campaigns designed to boost reach, engagement, and brand loyalty, with a primary focus on the Indian audience
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure social media activities align with overall branding and marketing strategies
- Uphold brand identity by ensuring consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all social platforms
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, provide actionable insights, and suggest improvements for future campaigns
- Partner with designers and content creators to produce visually appealing and audience-relevant content
- Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, leveraging them to keep strategies fresh and effective
Desired Skills:
- Proven 5+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing with a focus on the Indian market
- A strong portfolio showcasing the ability to independently manage social media accounts across various platform
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple social media accounts across diverse platforms
- Proven expertise in developing and executing successful social media marketing strategies
- Exceptional time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines
- Creative mindset with a track record of driving audience engagement and brand awareness
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively and work closely with internal teams
- Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools for performance tracking, insights, and scheduling
