Job Description
We are looking for a talented and innovative Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be in charge of planning and overseeing all aspects of our brands social media communication with users. This role is crucial to our digital marketing initiatives as it allows you to shape our brands online presence and connect with our target audience. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing social media strategies, generating content, managing social media accounts, interacting with followers, analyzing data, and monitoring trends.

Candidates with at least 3 years of experience in Social Media Management and a serious commitment to the job will be considered.
- Develop and implement an effective social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Ability to train students and new interns or freshers. Also skilled in creating learning materials, SOPs, and working with OKRs.
- Create engaging and relevant content across various social media platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Monitor and analyse social media trends, user behavior, and competition to optimize campaigns and identify opportunities.
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to user comments and messages, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between social media activities and overall marketing objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging social media trends to continuously improve our social media strategy.
- Measure and report on the performance of social media campaigns using relevant metrics and analytics tools.
- Identify and engage with influencers or brand advocates to amplify our message and increase brand visibility.
- Handle any issues or crises that may arise on social media, maintaining professionalism and providing timely resolution.
- Bachelors or upper degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail both Hindi, and English.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique ideas for content creation.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media management tools is a plus.
