Social Media Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Executive to manage the company s social media presence across various platforms. The role will involve creating engaging content, managing social media campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and fostering a strong online community. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in social media trends, possess excellent communication skills, and be passionate about building brand awareness through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing the company s social media strategy in alignment with marketing and business objectives.

Content Creation: Create engaging, high-quality content (including graphics, videos, and copy) for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid promotions, to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Community Management: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and engage with followers to build a strong community.

Analytics Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or Hootsuite. Provide regular reports with actionable insights for improvement.

Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends, platform changes, and best practices in social media marketing to keep the brand relevant and innovative.

Collaborations: Work with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners for collaborations, sponsorships, and social media takeovers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as content, design, SEO, and product teams to ensure consistency and alignment with brand messaging.

Content Scheduling: Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent posting across all platforms and optimizing posting times for maximum engagement.

Competitor Analysis: Monitor and report on competitor social media activities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Crisis Management: Handle any negative or controversial social media interactions in a professional and strategic manner to protect the brand s reputation.
