The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media strategies that drive audience engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation. This role involves creating compelling content, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our social media efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals and target audience engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) tailored to each platform that resonates with our audience and promotes our programs effectively.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a positive online community and build relationships with our audience.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to support marketing initiatives, ensuring optimal reach and engagement.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics and platform-specific insights to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies.
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing or management with a focus on engagement strategies.
- Proven track record of developing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and lead generation.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) and their best practices.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
