Social Media Manager

Role Overview:
Were seeking a self-starter who will take full ownership of our social media strategy. This individual will be responsible for creating and executing innovative campaigns, managing daily content across platforms, and leading a team of photographers, graphic designers, and video editors to drive brand growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Phab's brand goals.
• Manage and grow Phabs presence across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Plan, create, and oversee the production of engaging and high-quality content, including photos, videos, and graphics.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and content.
• Lead and inspire a creative team to deliver impactful visuals and stories.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and competitor activities to ensure Phab remains at the forefront.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on key messaging and brand voice.

Proven experience in managing social media platforms for a brand, preferably in the D2C space.

• Strong understanding of content creation and storytelling.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a creative team effectively.
• Proficiency in social media tools and analytics platforms.
• Passionate about health, wellness, and food.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
