Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Provenexperience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record ofsuccessful social media campaigns and community building.
- In-depthknowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices forcontent creation, scheduling, and optimization.
- Strongwritten and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compellingcontent tailored to different platforms and audiences.
- Proficiencyin social media management tools, analytics platforms, and basic graphic designsoftware.
- Excellentorganizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask andprioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativethinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and apassion for staying ahead of industry trends.
Qualification & Experience Required
- Bachelorsdegree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimumof 0 to 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in acorporate or agency setting.
- Demonstratedsuccess in developing and implementing social media strategies that driveengagement, brand awareness, and conversions.
- Portfolioshowcasing previous social media campaigns, content creation, and communitymanagement efforts.
- Relevantcertifications in social media marketing or digital marketing would beadvantageous.
