Job Description
- 1. Eyes and Ears for office in Ahmedabad and Delhi.
- 2. Provide daily update and reports about team movement, in-house guest and coordination.
- 3. Ensure smooth function and on boarding guest and employee in the office along with local office administration like Tea/coffee/couriers/in-word & out-word of the documents.
- 4. Handle conference/training/VC meeting room and allocation effectively.
- Temperature checking and providing sanitizer whosoever entering office. Maintaining Attendance Register of Employees, Visitor and Housekeeping. Keep a close check on the in house movement
- Post received with any sample/parcel should be properly verified and handed over to the concern after getting it signed in the register.
- Maintaining and updating stock register and Excel sheet for tracking monthly requirements and cost involved. Keep a close check on the stock of pantry and maintain no wastage policy.
- Bookings of Guest House/Hotel, Transportation, etc for Guests, Employee and Management as and when required. Coordination with Hotel for Bookings and confirmation.
- Tracking of office Vehicle and usage as well. To keep a track of the KMS before and after the trip and note the same.
