Tender Executive

Role & responsibilities

Tender Scanning:

• Review and analyze tender documents to identify key requirements, specifications, and deadlines.
• Conduct thorough scans of various tender announcements and platforms to gather relevant opportunities.

Detailing and Documentation:

• Prepare detailed tender documents, including technical specifications, pricing schedules, and compliance statements.
• Ensure all submissions are complete, accurate, and formatted according to client specifications.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and project management, to gather necessary information for tender preparation.
• Facilitate communication between departments to ensure all inputs are considered.

Compliance Check:

• Verify that all tender submissions comply with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies.
• Maintain a checklist of required documents and ensure timely submissions.

Market Research:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and potential project opportunities.
• Maintain a database of past tenders and outcomes for future reference.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify areas for improvement in the tendering process and recommend best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
