Tender Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare Technical, Financial bids in assistance with seniors & Prepare documents for e-Tendering on portals. Also, Regular Follow-up with prospective buyers for a Purchase Order.
• Prepare tender Documents and BOQ
• Prepare PO and Work Order
• Collaborate with different departments to gather necessary information for the tender response.
• Draft comprehensive tender submissions including technical proposals, commercial bids, and compliance documents.
• Monitor the submission of bids and ensure they are accurately completed and meet the requirements of the tendering process
• Verify that all tender submissions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor tender status, track progress, and follow up with clients for feedback and results.
• Prepare reports on tender performance, win rates, and identify areas for improvement

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent writing skills

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Degree/Diploma in a Technical Discipline

Familiar with Tendering Process and with prior experience
