Lot of things, too much politics in upper management, lot of ego issues, HR and IT useless department but still get importance. Too much favoritism this will kill good employees, No proper work life balance etc..

They have good infrastructure and overall good name in market. Has good expansion policy and provides all benefits to employee what they require.

Dislikes

As a sales person tye selling pattern is totally different. Here the channel partners / distributors has more say than the employees. They make you dance at their tune. If unknowingly you make a mistake, you are directly reported to CMD and you face sound or job loss.
